Please use this form if you are planning an event, meeting, or gathering that will require any level of audio-visual or technical support. It is our goal to ensure that the audio/visual needs of your event are provided to your satisfaction.
Technical support includes audio needs (microphone, background, or accompaniment music, electric instruments, etc.).
Video needs include: video clips, pictures, slideshows, PowerPoint- anything on the video screens.
Special lighting is anything beyond turning on main lights.
The multi-media staff will review your request and recontact you regarding how we can make your event the best it can be.
Please remember, some events may incur a fee for staff time required to provide technical support or room usage. Contact your Pillar Leader for information on fees.
