There is age-appropriate care and instruction for children of all ages.
Children ages birth through 36 months of age are cared for in the church nursery. Children ages 3 years old through 5th grade will be participating in a Sunday School group according to age and grade.
It is our goal to provide a safe, caring, and positive experience for your child so that they might come to know God and the never-ending love He has for them. The children’s ministry staff and volunteers are committed to teaching kids the real Jesus in an environment that is safe, creative, fun, and nurturing.
Sunday Schedule
9:30-10 am
Kids and nursery check-in and Fellowship in the multi-purpose room and lobby
Nursery: Downstairs A118 and A120
Drop off and pick up
10 am service
Kids will sit with their parents in the sanctuary until the children’s moment. Then they will go with Mrs. Nathalie Chamberlain to Sunday School.
Sunday School pick up: Upstairs
Pre K, K, 1st, and 2nd grade: A 201 a
3rd, 4th, and 5th grade: A 201 b
Check-in
Parents are required to check-in their children at the designated Palm Harbor Kids check-in stations in the lobby prior to the start of service if they would like their child to attend Sunday School. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@phumc.net.
Age Groups
Nursery(Age 0 – 36 months)
The youngest of our kids will be cared for by staff and volunteers in a nurturing environment.
Kids will be engaged through play, music, and hands-on activities to explore the beginnings of God and His love for them.
Nursery care is provided during all church services. |
Pre-School(Age 3 & 4 years old )
Pre-schoolers will explore God and His love for them during their group time through an age-appropriate curriculum.

Elementary(Kindergarten- 5th Grade)
Our Elementary-aged kids will explore the Bible story through video, skits, and storytelling as well as participate in praise and worship.
